We recommend the Yippie Pie Yay if it’s your first time drinking at North 5th Brewing Company. This 5.4% ABV Sour Ale is a brew in collaboration with The Silver Stamp. The liquid combines the fruity taste of blackberry, raspberry, and strawberry, ending with Vanilla Beans and Saigon Cinnamon. It’s a balanced and unique beer.
Hop Nuts Brewing
Hop Nuts Brewing is a premium craft beer brewery with tons of flavors and aromas to pick from on the market. Able Baker Brewing
Able Baker Brewing gets its name from the first two atomic bombs detonated at the Nevada Test Site. These ushered in the Nuclear Age, and Able Baker Brewing nods to this time in history. The only survivor was a duck in these tests – hence, the logo. The unique name carries into their premium craft beers.
We recommend Able Baker’s INFAMY 2403. This 12.7% ABV Imperial/Double Porter is a powerful drink, kicking and ready for action. Its name references the iconic Roosevelt speech and packs the same iconic flavors. It’s a drink that is aged for a year, then rested on cacao nibs and coffee. The result is an incredible taste and a nod to Pearl Harbor’s memory.
Tenaya Creek Brewery
Tenaya Creek Brewery opened in 1999, focusing more on fine dining than its drinks. By 2010, they expanded their brewery to keep up with the demand in the area. Their brewing demand continues to grow, and they even opened up a second location to accommodate the city’s desires.
If it’s your first time with Tenaya Creek Brewery, we recommend the God of Thunder Baltic Porter. This 9% ABV Imperial/Double Baltic Porter offers a lovely dark color and a unique malt taste. If this is your first time with the Las Vegas Brewing Company, we recommend the White Wedding. This 6% ABV White/Golden Stout offers a light appearance, packed with tons of flavor. You will find hints of cocoa nibs, vanilla, and local Dark Moon coffee. Every day is a lovely day with a White Wedding.
Chicago Brewing Company
Chicago Brewing Company is a massive microbrewery, one of the most famous in the area. Along with their extensive selection of beer, they offer tons of food options. Chicago Brewing Company is the winner of multiple Las Vegas awards, making them one of the best in the southern area.
We recommend Chicago Brewing Company’s Hardway IPA. This 6.9% ABV American IPA is a classic, American-style Pale Ale. It’s an unfiltered beer, providing a classic taste and look for those in love with the standards. The Hardway is hopped with Citra, Simcoe, and U.S. Centennial for a well-rounded flavor and aroma.
Our final selection is the second location of CraftHaus Brewery. The original is a few miles away in the less-busy Henderson, Nevada. This brewery began in 2014 and built upon the idea of creating a community through tasty beers.
