Able Baker Brewing gets its name from the first two atomic bombs detonated at the Nevada Test Site. These ushered in the Nuclear Age, and Able Baker Brewing nods to this time in history. The only survivor was a duck in these tests – hence, the logo. The unique name carries into their premium craft beers.

We recommend Able Baker’s INFAMY 2403. This 12.7% ABV Imperial/Double Porter is a powerful drink, kicking and ready for action. Its name references the iconic Roosevelt speech and packs the same iconic flavors. It’s a drink that is aged for a year, then rested on cacao nibs and coffee. The result is an incredible taste and a nod to Pearl Harbor’s memory.

If it’s your first time with Tenaya Creek Brewery, we recommend the God of Thunder Baltic Porter. This 9% ABV Imperial/Double Baltic Porter offers a lovely dark color and a unique malt taste. We recommend Chicago Brewing Company’s Hardway IPA. This 6.9% ABV American IPA is a classic, American-style Pale Ale. It’s an unfiltered beer, providing a classic taste and look for those in love with the standards. The Hardway is hopped with Citra, Simcoe, and U.S. Centennial for a well-rounded flavor and aroma.
