“Organic Brewing Challenge” Call for Entries

Berkeley, CA – Brewmaster Daniel Del Grande announces that Bison Organic Beers and Seven Bridges Cooperative (Santa Cruz, CA) will sponsor an AHA/BJCP sanctioned competition in May 2011. All craft beer entries must be made with 100% organic ingredients. The homebrewer who is the Winner of the Best of Show Award will have their homebrew recipe scaled to commercial craft beer level by Bison, bottled in 22 ounce bottles, and sold at retail in multiple states. Most importantly, the winning beer will be submitted in the Brewer’s Association Pro Am competition held in September 2011 at the Great American Beer Festival. The homebrewer will also receive a pass to attend the GABF.
The winning homebrewer must be an AHA member at the time they enter the homebrew competition and must have a valid AHA membership at the time of the GABF. All craft brewery entrants must be members of the Brewers Association.

Winning Entry to be Commercially Released by Bison Organic Beers and entered into the GABF
