For our 22-ounce IPA, we play around a bit. We use the exact same malt
profile, but experiment with a single hop variety in all late kettle additions
and dry hopping so that beer aficionados can learn (or remember) what each hop
tastes like.
Kind of like "research." We hope you learn a bit from what you experience. We call this our single-hop series. The bottles should be labeled with a neck tag that says what the hop is.
6-pack IPA
For our 6-pack IPA, we went for drinkability when crafting our recipe, one that you could actually have a couple of beers and still taste your food. We blending 4 hops varieties together into 4 kettle additions and finish with a blended dry hops. IPAs like this are a bit hazy from all the tannins, but you will enjoy it. The balanced malt profile finishes dry as the aroma of hops linger on your palate.
OG 1.058, 2-row and caramel malt, love.
Available in 6 packs, 22 ounce bottles, and on draft.
