How we make organic Barley Wine Ale:
A floral aroma of oats and rye is followed by flavors of chocolate, fudge, and caramel, and each sip delivers a mouth-filling nutty finish that leaves you in the clouds for several minutes. Drink the beer at just under room temperature and pair it with a Fromage Blanc and juicy Medjool dates.
