March 18 : Chocolate Stout : Bison Brewing Co with Daniel Del Grande

This week we hang out at NBT "Studio B" and sit fireside with Daniel Del Grande, owner/brewer of Bison Brewing Company. All of Daniel's beers are organic, and his brewing methods are sustainable and environmentally friendly, so we honor that by pairing the beer with a selection of gourmet and organic items that all would make for a great party with friends.
