BISON ORGANIC IPA
Bison’s Organic IPA is a medium-bodied ale characterized by a citrus, pine and slightly grassy aroma with a moderately bitter, refreshingly crisp flavor and a clean, dry finish. 6% abv.

- Cheese Pairings: Aged Gouda, Sharp Cheddar, Asiago, Triple Creme cheeses

BISON ORGANIC CHOCOLATE STOUT
Bison’s Chocolate Stout is a medium-bodied ale characterized by rich cocoa and roasted malt aromas, charismatic flavors of dark chocolate and espresso, a creamy mouthfeel and smooth, dry finish. 5% abv.
- Recommended Glassware: Pint glass (Irish Imperial Pint)
- Cheese Pairings: Gorgonzola, Bleu cheeses, Humboldt Fog, Stilton

BISON ORGANIC HONEY BASIL ALE
Bison’s Organic Honey Basil Ale a light-bodied ale, infused with organic clover honey & fresh, whole leaf organic basil, lending a floral and slightly herbal aroma, a hint of sweetness and mild basil after taste.
- Recommended Glassware: Tulip glass, Pilsner flute
- Cheese Pairings: Fresh Milk Cheeses (Mozzarella, Allouette, Goat Cheese etc...)
- Suggested Food Pairings: pasta, pizza, Thai food, curries, pesto, tomatoes, sushi, ceviche, steamed mussels, Asian stir-fries, shrimp scampi, salads.

Bison’s Imperial Brown is a medium-bodied ale characterized by a complex roasted malt aroma, toasted nut flavors with a hint of hop bitterness, a creamy mouthfeel and slightly bitter, dry finish. 7% abv.

BISON ORAGNIC TOASTED OAT MOLASSES BROWN ALE
As with all our beers, We brew TOMBA with 100% organic ingredients. Its aroma and flavors are characterized by notes of rich organic molasses, oven-toasted flaked oats and a complex blend of roasted barley malts. Relatively light in body and low in alcohol, TOMBA is a full-flavored session beer perfectly designed for the “awkward” season in between winter and spring.
