Honey Basil Ale

This Bison classic is infused with local artesian honey for a hint of sweetness and fresh organic basil to lend a slight herbal note and basil aftertaste—a perfectly refreshing brew.  The owner of the Rose and the Raindrop in Portland, OR shared this with me:  when you pair this beer with pasta and marinara sauce, maybe some sautéed shrimp, the basil in the beer leaps forward on your palate.  Wow!
