"Saisonniers" for whom the beer style was named consumed 5 liters per day of this Belgian-style brew while working in the fields in the old country.  We sour mash half of the malt for a refreshing acidity and aroma, then cold age in our cellar. .

OG 1.050, 24 IBU, 2-row, carapils, wheat, munich malts.
